The corporate structure through which the company pursues its aims involves a holding company, GINVEST S.p.A., which wholly owns Guffanti A. S.p.A. (the construction company), and some real property development and management companies (SPVs), most of which are wholly owned and some of which are in partnership with other investment companies in the real property field.
