Ambrogio Guffanti

Chairman

An electro-technician graduating from the Magistri Cumacini Institute. After some years’ work experience with two multinationals in the mechanical engineering sector, he started his life as an entrepreneur in 1972 in construction and property development. Many years’ experience in new residential, industrial and commercial building projects, building works for technological plant, and in the making of health, schooling and sports facilities, have made him a leading expert well known in the community of this province.

His established experience greatly helps our designers and site technicians identify and solve planning and building problems, ensuring our customers receive the best possible results in terms of quality.

He holds the post of company Chairman of Ginvest SpA and its subsidiaries.

Luca Guffanti

MD

Management engineer, after completing his studies at the Milan Polytechnic, in 1998 he began working in his family's building company. Became its IT manager and through him the company achieved high levels of automation in its procedures and in its routine operations and created IT support systems for its decision-making processes that would have been considered highly advanced even in much larger corporations.

Over the years he has gained considerable experience in the field of urban development and in the marketing and sale of real properties.

His passion for architecture, together with the professional experience acquired, has led him to become one of the promotional leaders of Goofy, the company division that deals with up-market modern dwellings for demanding customers.

Today he holds the position of Managing Director of Ginvest SpA and subsidiaries, responsible for the work of the sales and marketing managers, as well as for planning and administration.

Joining the company in 2003, with many years of experience, firstly until 2012 in the purchasing and contracts office and since then in the sales office, he supports clients in their decisions on finish and after-sales variants, and right through to the handing over of the property and the signing of the notarial conveyance deed. Enrico Ravazzani

Responsible for IT systems

An analyst and programmer with many years of experience in the development of customised software in diverse fields, and in particular in that of real estate.
Formerly acting as an external consultant since 2010, he joined the company in early 2016. As well as supervising and coordinating the use of hardware and software for the optimal running of the company network, he is also personally responsible for the development and maintenance of the property management application and its integration with other company software and databases.
